General Terms and Conditions

1. Shipping fees, reshipping charges, customs fees, taxes and payments in the form of coupons, store credits, and gift card credits are not eligible for awarding of accumulated value. 

2. The membership cycle is valid for a 12 month period.

• To become a Gold Member, you will need to spend an accumulated value of NT$3000 within 12 months of signing up for ATTN VIP Club. Attention Gold members will receive an extra 3% off all purchases. Your status is valid for a 12 month period.
• To become a Platinum Member, you will need to spend an accumulated value of NT$5000 within 12 months of signing up for ATTN VIP Club. Attention Platinum members will receive an extra 5% off all purchases. Your status is valid for a 12 month period.
• To become a Diamond Member, you will need to spend an accumulated value of NT$10000 within 12 months of signing up for ATTN VIP Club. Attention Diamond members will receive an extra 7% off all purchases. Your status is valid for a 12 month period.

3. Attention Wear reserves the right to terminate, discontinue, modify or cancel the ATTN VIP Club program at any time and in its sole discretion without notice to you. However, Attention Wear will use reasonable efforts to notify members of these changes. Any changes or modifications will be effective immediately upon posting the revisions on Attention Wear.

4. Members will be issued a virtual membership card in their "Account > Profile". Details about the member's order history, Value accumulated, membership status, eligible discount and store credits will be displayed in their account.

5. If an approved order or item is canceled, Attention Wear has the right to deduct the corresponding accumulated value from the order. 

6. Club memberships are reviewed for possible renewal at the end of each member's current membership term, as defined by their membership expiry date. Renewal is based on a member's total accumulated value when their current membership expires.

7. The ATTN VIP Club is run by Attention Wear. and is only applicable at www.attentionwear.com.
